Our Members account for 95% of consumer lending in Australia and include the 14 largest banks, mutual banks, large consumer finance companies, specialist motor vehicle finance companies, fintechs, and credit reporting bodies (CRBs).

We support Members through creating and managing “fit for purpose” and compliant industry rules and standards, and work with all Members and other key stakeholders to provide thought leadership, develop co-ordinated industry positions and lead advocacy efforts on key issues impacting Members.
