The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is Australia’s free, fair, and independent dispute resolution scheme for financial complaints. We work with consumers and financial firms to find fair resolutions to financial disputes.
Our role is to help consumers and small businesses reach agreements with financial firms about how to resolve their complaints. We don’t act for either party to advocate their position. If a complaint does not resolve between the parties, we can decide an appropriate outcome.
We also support the industry by identifying and reporting systemic issues, producing resources to help firms resolve complaints internally, and providing up-to-date data on what complaints are reaching AFCA.
Women in Credit Risk & Collections (WiCRC) is a dynamic community dedicated to empowering women in the credit risk and collections industry. Built on the pillars of Engage, Elevate, and Spark, we create a space where women can forge meaningful connections, continuously pursue professional excellence, and drive innovation.
